Terms

Strathos.ai is a strategy-building workspace for discretionary traders. You compose strategies from modular blocks, backtest against real market data, and receive alerts when a setup matching your strategy is forming live. At pre-launch, the only thing you can do is join the waitlist.

• Not a broker. Strathos does not execute trades. You execute through your own broker.
• Not a signal service. Strathos never tells you what to trade. You define the strategy.
• Not financial advice. Nothing on this site, in our emails, or in our alerts is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.
• Not a guarantee. Backtest performance is historical. Live alerts can fire on setups that lose. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

• The first 100 waitlist signups lock founder pricing for as long as they keep their account active.
• Founder price will be published before launch and locks at the moment of launch checkout.
• Founder pricing applies to one personal account per signup. Not transferable.
• If launch is delayed past 2027-01-01, founder pricing remains honored. If we decide not to launch, the waitlist record is deleted and no commitments survive.

• Refer 3 valid signups: jump to the top 50 of the queue.
• Refer 10 valid signups: top 10 + 6 months free at launch.
• Refer 25 valid signups: top 3 + lifetime founder pricing.
• Valid signup means a unique human with a real, deliverable email. Self-referrals, plus-addressed duplicates of your own email, and obvious throwaways don't count.
• We reserve the right to disqualify referrals that appear automated or fraudulent. We will email you first if we do.

• One signup per person. No scraping the site, the API, or the referral codes.
• No attempting to bypass the rate limit on the signup endpoint.
• No impersonation. The email you use should be one you actually control.

SMS opt-in is optional. By checking the SMS opt-in box you agree to receive recurring marketing SMS from Strathos.ai (up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Full SMS terms are documented in the Privacy page and audited per US A2P 10DLC rules.

The Strathos brand, logo, copy, and visual design are ours. The trading concepts we reference (liquidity sweeps, fair value gaps, break of structure, footprint imbalance, etc.) are public domain trading vocabulary and not owned by anyone.

The waitlist site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during pre-launch.

Strathos.ai is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from the use of the waitlist site or anything we communicate during pre-launch. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at $0 during pre-launch (the site is free).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes are resolved in California state or federal court. If you don't agree with that, don't use the waitlist.

When these terms materially change, we update the date at the top and notify everyone on the waitlist by email. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
