Privacy

• Email (required for waitlist signup).
• First name (optional, step 2 of signup).
• Phone number (optional, only if you opt into SMS).
• Trading style + experience level (optional, used to segment our email drip).
• SMS consent record (timestamp, IP address, user agent, required by US A2P 10DLC rules when you check the SMS opt-in box).
• UTM parameters from the link you arrived through, plus the page you came from.
• Approximate city and country derived from your IP at the moment of signup (used only for the live "last signup from {city}" social-proof ticker, never tied back to your row in any user-facing surface).
• Referral attribution (which referral link, if any, you joined through).

• Waitlist communication: launch updates, your queue position, and product previews.
• Segmented welcome emails matched to your trading style.
• Referral program: tracking who referred whom and awarding founder pricing slots.
• SMS consent audit (required for A2P 10DLC compliance).
• Aggregate analytics: which channels drive signups, which copy converts.

• Supabase (US): our database. Hosts your waitlist row.
• Beehiiv (US): our email platform. Sends the welcome email and drip sequence.
• Twilio (US, post-A2P-approval): our SMS provider.
• Vercel (US): our hosting provider. Sees your IP at request time.
• ManyChat (US, optional): handles Instagram comment-to-DM funnels if you join through that path.

If you check the SMS opt-in box at signup, US law requires us to log when, where, and how you opted in. We record the exact timestamp, your IP address, and your browser's user agent. This record is retained for as long as you are subscribed to SMS, plus 2 years after you opt out, and is only used to prove consent if a carrier ever challenges it.

We keep your waitlist record until product launch plus 12 months. If you don't convert to a paid account within that window, we delete the row. You can ask us to delete sooner at any time.

• Access: email support@strathos.ai and we'll send you everything we have on you.
• Deletion: same email; we delete within 7 days.
• Email opt-out: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
• SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any SMS. Reply HELP for the help message.
• Correction: reply to any email and tell us what to fix.

Strathos is built for adults trading their own capital. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you're a parent and you find your child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the row.

When this policy materially changes, we'll update the date above and notify everyone on the waitlist by email. You can always check this page for the current version.
